mylifenow® Web Enhancements

Q1 2017 enhancements to the mylifenow® Participant website

Creating an optimized participant experience means we are continually enhancing the tools and solutions we make available. In the next several weeks we will launch several enhancements to our participant website.

•  Security Enhancements*

This quarter we will roll out account alerts for those participants interacting on mylifenow.com, our participant website. An account alert is a proactive email that is sent to plan participants who have made a change or are initiating a withdrawal on their retirement account.

An alert is sent if personal information is updated;
An alert is sent if any online loan or distribution is initiated;
Participants initiating an online distribution will be sent a verification code

•  Online User Experience**

We continue to improve our participant website, with a critical eye to how your participants access and view their retirement plan using a more intuitive user navigation that utilizes responsive design.

We are streamlining our account summary pages into a single page with a cleaner, simplified user experience;
Our defined contribution account history page will also be a singular page that:

Enables participants to view all of their transactions: historical, pending and distribution activity;
One click access to transaction detail directly under each transaction
More intuitive, easier to navigate, using ‘responsive' design

•  Activity History page**

The ‘Activity History' page has been simplified by bringing together all transaction information onto one central page.
